  • Buy a credit pack and use your credits to book any session through our Schedule.

    A 45-minute Reset, Silent or Women session uses 1 credit, while a 90-minute Restore session uses 2 credits. Mix and match your sessions however you like—your credits are deducted when you book, and there’s no monthly commitment. Get your credit pack.

Whether you want to reset after training, switch off after work or enjoy a slower social experience, our sessions are designed to help you feel calmer, clearer and restored.

    We’re based on the Knowl Piece industrial estate, just off Wilbury Way. Free parking is available nearby, making it easy to arrive, reset and unwind.
